Caches No’s 2748 & 2749 – One For The Numbers – Twice !

It was the Mega in less than a week and I was on 2747 finds… After making the Mega #2000 last year I was hardly going to make it 2748 this time so I needed a couple of cache finds in the week to make it a suitable number.

1st August 2013 – The Contender (ROCKY VALLEY I) GC4GNX7 – cache #2748
What better way to spend the evening of Yorkshire Day than by watching the sunset on Ilkley Moor… Grabbed this cache too while I was there

2nd August 2013 – Jonathan Peate Plaque GC4HJ96 – cache #2749
An easy find, and a nice hide… I picked up something expecting to find the cache underneath it and found I already had it in my hand.
And now I know why the mill across the raoad from the plaque – that is now a retail park was called Peate’s Mill.
