Caches No’s 2087 and 2088 – Knaresborough Flash Mob

6th October 2012 – Wear a Hat for Jack – FLASH MOB ! GC3W2T8 – cache #2087
A Flash Mob is becoming a popular type of Cacher’s Meeting, and there were some very suspicious looking characters hanging around Knaresborough Market Cross taking pictures of each other when I arrived just before 5:00… Having been asked not to look suspicious I went and had a look around the shops, after 5:00 there were even more characters (and dogs) looking even more suspicious in their natty hats, and taking hundreds of pictures of each other…
15 minutes later we adjourned to the pub for a drink and a geocaching chat, though Bob Adams did seem to spend more of his time answering PAF requests on his iphone than chatting to the company present !

6th October 2012 – A Bum Cache GC3G9Y7 – cache #2088
Found at the Flash Mob… the easiest 4.5* difficulty cache I have ever found… It should be a small black magnetic cache stuck to the dark side of a statue, but instead was a log book being passed from hand to hand
