Mar 5th 2010 – Denso Marston Wildlife Park GCT0F5 – Cache #245

I work about a mile from here, as it was a nice day I decided to go for a little walk at lunchtime and it seemed an opportune moment to find this cache. Of course I didn’t have my GPSR with me, so armed with only the positioning from the satellite photo and the hint I set out to find the cache… and I found it quite easily

An ammunition box cache, hidden in between two tree trunks and covered by a chunk of wood. It’s actually quite easy to find, but there was an awful lot of mud on the path and most of it seemed to stick to my shoes which wasn’t too good when I got back to the office.

At this cache I picked up the travelbug – Cyril the Skiing Squirrel TB27JGH, and the geocoin – Bullfrog TB2V91J
