We sing our song, the bucket of water song…

Submitted by on Thursday, 22 October 2009No Comment

This is the song we lovers of water sing,
We can’t go wrong we’re happy as a King,
We beat the drum as we march along,
We crash the cymbal and bang the gong,
We sing our song The Bucket of Water Song
Tiswas 1980

Take a swimming pool full of water
Okay, it’s only a small swimming pool – but it is full of water

pool1
Then take a bucket, and empty the pool out
Sherry pouring the first bucket of water out of the pool

Repeat until there’s no water left
Thornbush scooping water from an almost empty pool

It was all for Charity, a sponsored pool emptying

Hubert & Thornbush in an almost empty pool, with Tobias looking in

And soon there’s no water left
Bax, Roger and the Gray-dog in an empty pool
it was surprising just how quickly the water disappeared
